VPhase: By adding voltage optimisation to the solar mix, installers can boost their revenue stream
(08/06/2011)

Voltage optimisation technology has been saving large companies millions on their electricity bills for years, but VPhase is the first technology available to the domestic market in a suitably sized and priced package. The device reduces and stabilises the incoming voltage to homes, managing it to a stable level of around 220V in the UK. The result is reductions to electricity bills of between 6% and 12%, reduced wasted energy and carbon savings that range from between 2.5 tonnes to 4.5 tonnes o... [more]

vBoost: eIQ Energy's Parallel Solar technology achieves significant wiring savings at new solar power installation in California
(18/02/2011)

A Bee Safe Storage facility in Murrieta, Calif. has selected eIQ Energy’s Parallel Solar technology for its new 1.8 megawatt solar power installation. Implementation will be completed by EcoOneEnergy of Escondido, Calif., using crystalline solar modules driving multiple inverters, creating significant up-front cost savings and ongoing energy harvest benefits. An array of this size requires thousands of solar modules. Traditionally, they would have been connected in series-wired strings (each ... [more]

vBoost 250 and vBoost 350 DC-to-DC converter modules: eIQ Energy converter modules reduce the installed cost and improve the efficiency of solar power arrays
(20/10/2009)

eIQ Energy, Inc. has announced the availability of its vBoost 250 and vBoost 350 DC-to-DC converter modules, which reduce the installed cost and improve the efficiency of solar power arrays. The modules will be exhibited at Solar Power International in Anaheim, Calif., Oct. 27 – 29, at eIQ Energy’s booth number 2666 in the Balance-of-Systems Hall.
